Stayed here for a week and found Marc’s place really comfortable with plenty of crockery, bedding, towels etc. The property has a nice en suite and a cute bedroom which would suit two children, also a ‘main’ bathroom. We have been renting privately owned properties for our holidays for over 10yrs now and this is one of the cleanest we’ve been to. The area is outstanding for people who want peace and quiet, lots of walking/cycling paths around with very few/no cars. The property is on a lovely golf course and the whole site is beautifully kept. Highly recommended by us

Marc’s place is beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. There is everything in there you would need for a short or long stay no matter what the weather. Some thoughtful touches such as the books, games, CD’s, Bluetooth speaker etc. The kitchen has everything you need too (including a wine cooler!). The setting is very peaceful and tranquil, overlooking a small lake, with nature trails and walks nearby. It’s a handy location too for accessing other parts of Norfolk. Although we didn’t use them during our stay the facilities available to use at the golf club looked great

This is a lovely comfortable lodge on a quiet site. Marc was a brilliant host, responding quickly to my enquiries and going the extra mile to organise leisure club passes for us so that we could book gym and pool slots in advance.

Best static home / lodge I have stayed in during 25 years - so many touches and all the gadgets and entertainment to keep two teenage boys happy, which is no mean feat ;) Shame about COVID meaning most facilities on site were closed or needed booking a week ahead, but the home itself had more than enough to keep us entertained and there were some lovely nature walks for the dog.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication and info received prior to arrival was fantastic. Marc went out of his way to accommodate our 11 month old son, removing a bed from the spare room to accommodate the travel cot as opposed to us sharing a room with him and potentially disturbing him throughout the night. The site is nice and quiet and in a good location to access northern Norfolk and Cambridge. It would be great to introduce a welcome pack for guests upon arrival to give them info about where the bin points are, the onsite activities etc. Apart from that, great host, lovely accommodation and really responsive communication. Marc couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had a lovely stay, very clean, top of range facilities. We booked swimming and were lucky to get the pool to ourselves. We had to speak to a few people to find which fishing swim was not assigned to a lodge (between 12 & 13), golf was easy to book. Relaxing few days, would definitely recommend

Marc’s place is very modern and clean. Plenty of thought gone in to the property with lots of info provided regarding the area. If you are planning on going here with dogs be aware that the decking area is open so we kept our dogs on leads when on the deck. Overall excellent experience very chill area and with nice views, slept soundly!
